We’re excited to invite professionals from a wide range of fields to take part in COS-ABACUS – an important and collaborative initiative shaping the future of care. This project will use the e-Delphi method, involving just 2 to 3 brief online questionnaires, and we’re aiming to gather diverse perspectives from across the healthcare spectrum, including intensive care, acute medicine, surgery, cardiology, nursing, pharmacology, policy makers and researchers.
Participation is designed to be quick and flexible, with minimal time commitment, and we are fully committed to maintaining participant confidentiality throughout.
COS-ABACUS is proudly led by the Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Liverpool Centre for Cardiovascular Sciences, with ethical approval from the University of Liverpool [Ref: 11256]. This study is funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) [Ref. NIHR204977] and officially registered with the COMET initiative [Ref: 2058]. Our full study protocol is published in BMJ Open and can be accessed here.
We’d truly appreciate it if you could share this invitation and the attached flyer with anyone you think might be interested. Potential participants can simply sign up here or reach out to us directly at:
